This error is caused by the android security and we are currently looking for a way to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, the way you can fix this is to press no when you get this message ( then app will close) and then press the square icon on the bottom of your screen ( this opens all of you recently used apps) you will need to swipe the perfect stitch app away ( either up/down or left/right).

Then you will need to unplug the micro USB (the squarish looking plug) from your tablet.

Wait about 2-3 seconds and then plug it back in. the perfect stitch app should then pull up automatically (if not, bring it up manually) and then you tablet should be communicating correctly.

sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, as i said this is cause by the android security and is something that engineering is currently working on a fix for.
