This document list the proper way to turn your tablet on and off in order to avoid errors.
When you go to power off your tablet, after your tablet has fully power off unplug the Micro-USB cord (the squarish one) from your tablet.
When you go to power on your tablet, wait until your tablet is fully powered on and you have unlocked the screen. At this point you can plug the Micro-USB cable ( the squarish one) into your tablet. then, either the perfect stitch program with start automatically or you can select the perfect stitch app and use normally.
