The stitches do not stitch evenly in Precision mode.
Check encoders
Ensure that the encoders are riding freely on the rail. Remove any debris from the rail, and make sure that the rail is clean.
Check handle bar connections
Make sure the cable on the left and right buttons are attached securely in the handle assembly and at the control box at the rear of the machine.
