A sluggish machine is often caused by a lack of timely maintenance.
Check the oil
Your machine needs to be oiled. Follow the instructions in the owner’s manual for your machine on how to properly add oil.
If your machine is in good working order, you still may want to increase the needle speed.
The following steps are only for temporary use only as they make the regulation more prone to failure.
For those with a Quilt EZ Perfect Stitch regulator and electronics, you can go to the folder/file icon on the regulator screen, then tap Motor Settings. After moving through the security warning (again, changing this setting is not recommended), you can adjust the Needle speed up or down so there is less time waiting for it to do a tie-off stitch, etc., so you can get that one quilt done a little faster.
