If the buttons don’t work on the touchscreen or the handle bars, you may have a software issue. Perform a software update via USB as normal.

How handlebar buttons work

The display dictates the functions and parameters of operation to the motor.

When handle bar buttons are pressed, the send a signal to the PCB as a particular button color. They only tell the machine what color button was pushed, not what button function to execute.

The PCB Box relies on the display to communicate what the action to take whenever it receives a colored button signal. The display assigns button functions to each button which it relays to the PCB box. Because of this, all actions taken because of a button press rely on the touchscreen software to execute properly.
