The screen is grey because the wrong files on the SD card are being used to execute the user interface.


Delete ‘Recovery Config’ from SD card

  1. Remove the SD card from the back of the display.
  2. Insert SD card into your computer.
  3. Open the ‘Butler’ folder on the SD card, then open the ‘Layout’ folder.
  4. Delete the ‘Recovery Config’ file.
  5. Re-insert the SD card into the display.
