How to correct a pattern that is stitching twice in the same position.
Check for pattern duplicates
two identical patterns that overlap each other appear on the screen as a single pattern. use Edit > Move to move the pattern around and check for any duplicates. Delete any unwanted duplicates to correct the issue.
Update software
Ensure that your software for the display and motor box is up to date.
go to Home > Setup > Updates > System Info and compare your current Display Version and Robot Version with the latest available update (scroll to the bottom and look for 'Software Updates' to see the most current version). Update as necessary.
