If you are having an issue where your screen is freezing it may not be the case. There have been a few instances where we have seen the screen on the android tablet get stuck. This has been most commonly associated with importing patterns, but has been seen in a few other locations as well. What is happening is the tablet is not freezing up, the program screen gets stuck. All of the processes are running in the background.
The quickest way to solve this issue is to Select the android home icon located in the lower left hand corner of the screen, and then reopening the program. The screen will no longer be stuck.
Another way to resolve the issue is to tap the power button to put the screen to sleep and then tap it again to bring it back up.
If you cannot select the Android home icon then the tablet has actually froze and will need to be reset. Hold down the power button until the tablet resets. This should be your last resort. Wherever possible use the two options above.
