When the robotics are connected to the PCB box, the robot icon doesn’t appear on the display.
Is the light blinking in the Motor Box?
If the light is blinking green, then the motor box is working properly. You may have a a faulty cable or PCB Box.
Is the Cable Connected to the Proper Port?
Ensure that the cable is plugged into the motor box port labeled “Stitcher Box.”
Is the Cable Faulty?
Replace the cable to determine if the cable is failing.
Isolate the problem
If the problem persists, the problem is either the Motor Box or the PCB box. First try replacing the PCB box. If the problem persists, reattach the original PCB Box, then replace the Motor Box. If the problem persists.
